Placing an Order

Pay attention that you must be 21 years old (or older) to order at our cigarette store. To make an order, just select a cigarette brand, click on the flavor you want, and add it to your shopping cart. In case you want to order several different cigarette brands, just select the brand and repeat the process again.

Once you’ve made your choice, click "Go to Secure Checkout". At this stage you’ll be required to enter your information. After you credit card info is checked, you will get a confirmation letter at your email address.

We do not charge yearly, monthly, setup, or other fees. The customer pays only for the cigarettes and the shipping and/or handling fee.


Order status

You will be notified by email immediately after placing the order. This procedure is done to confirm your order and shipping address. You have always a possibility to change the details of your order (the amount or kinds of cigarettes or shipping address) within 24 hours. To bring about changes just send an email with changes and order number enclosed.


Payment

We accept both Credit Cards and Checks. If write out a check, please make sure you’ve recorded the check number and the amount of this check. The prices are set in US dollars.

Is it safe to pay credit card online?

Pay special attention that your personal data, your name, address, and your credit card number are 100% secured, since all transactions are encrypted. The transactions are performed via the secure servers of the credit card company. We have no access to your credit card information.

Delivery

We send cigarettes to United States addresses only. It takes usually 15-25 working days to deliver the product. The shipping price is $6.99 per parcel. One parcel contains 6 cartons. The parcels are always sealed.

Privacy

We highly esteem all our customers. Your personal information will never be divulged. It will never be sold or shared.

Chargeback policy

If a problem arises, our company will always try to find a satisfactory solution. We won’t tolerate any attempts of fraud. Dishonest customers and their cards will be blacklisted among processors.

Claims & Refund

In case the parcel didn’t reached the recipient within 30 working days, in case it was declared as stolen or lost, please send us an email including your name, address and order number. Within 10 days your claim will be approved.
